  1. You should be able to run your factory wheel and that size tire, depending on the specific tire, in that size. I have the Zone version of that lift with stamped steel UCA's and using a 35x11.50x20, which is similar in size to the 295/60 and I don't rub on the lip of the UCA. It's close but I could run a 295. I am running. Nitto Ridge Graps.
  2. I never found one that was listed specific for a certain kit, though I did see where Skyjacker had a part number for one once upon a time. Mine had more a hum or growl with a little vibration, but I never drive in 4wd at speed, but it was at higher speeds, 60+.
  3. Your truck looks good. I love the color and tires. I wouldn't add the flares if it were me. I think that the truck(s) looks better without them. Just my $0.02.
  4. Yessir with a 4 inch lift they will fit. I have that same size tire in a Ridge Grappler and no rubbing whatsoever with a 4" suspension lift on stock wheels. The spacers aren't necessary.
  5. The deep tinted factory glass is 35, but looks darker because it is homogenous throughout the glass. I have found that 20% does match factory looking from the outside, however 20% is darker side by side from the inside. Many tint shops don't stock these, but 25 and 30 both match closely from in and outside the vehicle. That said I always put 15 on the front 2, tint the back to 5(not with 5), and the front strip I use actual 5%. This is illegal in GA but it's hot and it is acceptable most of the time. 6. I would assume that's close. Mine was a true 4.5" lift plus the added tire height, you should be able to add 2.5-3.0" and be safe.
  7. Mine looks to be about 80” to the top of the Onstar shark fin. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. 2017 Sierra AT 6.2 4.5" Zone Bilstein fronts set to stock height, 5125 rear 1.5" Bora spacer rear 35x11.50x20 Ridge Grappler No rub or scrubbing. I have stamped steel UCAs. Front is a little lower than the rear with rear blocks, but I prefer that for towing(1"). I have had the lift for several years and like it. I only have 14,000 miles on the truck and only drive it on weekends. I like it. With 20's(stock)nothing wider than an 11.50 will fit and not contact the UCA. With 22's(stock) you can run a 12.50 easy. Offset wheels will allow space for the UCA but then the bumper and fender come into play. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. I have Bilstein 5100’s front and 5125 rear(custom length 5100 for lifted applications). I really like the Billy’s. Definitely an improvement over the stock Ranchos that bounce like a rodeo horse. I was wanting the 6112’s but they weren’t out when I bought mine. I don’t have any input on those but I have heard good things. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Some systems that have a 6" lift are at or close to flat CV angle/suspension angle. Some others(BDS/Zone) are level at 4" and have elevated angle when set to 6". Saying all that you will be fine e with stock arms with either lift so lo g as you do t try to stack another level spacer in there. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. My 2017 with a Zone 4.5 has this issue. At first I thought that it was the shaft bolt indexing from when I installed the kit, but after rotating it 180 degrees it did the same. I haven't priced the new CV shaft but am aware that I would fix the problem, I just don't know if I would need it or how much it costs, or where to buy??? In 2wd I don't notice it. 12. How much of a difference did it make? Satisfied? Total cost? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Looks good. Nice choices. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  15. I like gasoline or diesel engines. Today's engines are not only durable, but also very dependable. If you use a truck for things that trucks are designed for, you will at some point either be waiting for many hours somewhere unplanned, sitting on the side of the road stranded, or forced to realize that your electric truck is unable to perform as needed. I see no need for electric trucks and I would be seriously surprised if they truly are greener, stem to stern with MFG costs, charging station infrastructure, and the fact that most of the electricity is co.inf from somewhere. Solar electricity isn't very sustainable in my opinion, at least in the Southeast, as they put up the solar farms in actual arable land/farms. The panels are taking food production away and polluting the land with heavy metals, concrete, and cables. Everything has a cost. Sent via Morse code
  16. I went with this cover because of the 20% discount plus free shipping and was also able to use my GM Rewards points also. The cover was ordered last Friday and came in on Tuesday(obviously the strike didn't effect the accessories). $365 discount was nice. It is warranted for 3 years by GM and guaranteed to fit. The assist handle for the MultiPro tailgate works and the auto-down tailgate still works. It was easy to install and works nicely. The color is matte black and it's powder coated all aluminum constructed. There are no T slots on my cover although there may be one on GMC's site. I like the retractable better than a trifold personally. This one is made by Tetrax and the email they/Retrax sent me said that it is the ProMX with another name for GM. Sent via Morse code
  17. I can confirm that the GM Embark Advantage Max cover, or as most know it...the Retrax Pro MX, allows the use of the assist handle that flips up in the bed. I installed tonight but the pics at night were poor, so tomorrow I will post some. Pretty easy install and the Realtrucks YouTube video made it even easier. Cover looks cool and functions well as far as closing and opening. Can't comment on water tightness, but more on those tests later this week. Sent via Morse code
  18. I may be mistaken but I'm rather sure mine stays in Sport mode. I will check again but unless turning the knob sends it there initially I am thinking it stays where you leave it...not sure. Sent via Morse code
  19. I have read about others with the same issue. If you watch the Readylift vid on YouTube the guy mentions the exact same occurrence. Too much angle must pinch the boot. Sent via Morse code
  20. I just ordered the Embark Advantage Aluminum Max from GM with 20% off promotion for Tailgate Month and I had $200 worth of GM Rewards points. I emailed Retrax concerning this and they promptly replied back and told me the Embark is their Retrax Pro MX that they manufacture for GM specifically. They said either version is of the same quality. They also said that the assist handle will work with this version of the cover where I have been told that the regular Retrax wouldn't allow this handle to fully extend. I assume there are some spacers or something. $1829 base price with $365 discount straight from GM(20%) and if you have rewards pts then you win again. The cover is warrantied by your dealer and GM approved. Pics to follow soon as I get it in and installed. Sent via Morse code
  21. Thanks so much for posting these instructions. Going to install mine this weekend. Sent via Morse code
  22. I was considering an Undercover ArmorFlex. Seems to share most things with the MX4 but looks less likely to dent. Watching to see what the other members say. Thanks. Sent via Morse code
  23. I am beginning to lean towards the Diamondback cover. I would prefer the functionality of a retractable but seemingly all of those have so many negative attributes; by that I mean that they do not engineer to allow total bed use, or there are bed sealing issues front or rear, Retrax lock deal falls off, etc... I'm surprised that the market doesn't expect more for such an expensive cover. Sent via Morse code
  24. Is there a way to use the camera on the third brake light to view the inside of the bed? Sent via Morse code
  25. Do the roll n lock or the Retrax allow the use of the assist handle on the GMCs? Sent via Morse code
