My 17 Silverado is “graphite metallic” and maybe I’m a little colorblind but it looks a different color from different angles. It looks like there’s some green in it. I ask this because I’ve always liked red accents on grey vehicles but red with green is not my bag. What do you all think?

Oh its a different color at different angles and lighting conditions for sure. You are in the "Cool Color Club" now. I have a Sierra and its called Dark Slate Metallic but its the same color as your Silverado.
