New 18" wheels and 33x12:50 tires

I'm looking at a set of wheels and tires on ebay and I want to check if these will fit. They are an 18x9 rim with +18 and 5.71" backspacing. The tires mounted on them are the Nitto Ridge Grapplers in the 33x12:50 size. I only have a 2" leveling kit on the truck. I don't go off road in this truck at all. I've got an old square body I use for that. Will these fit ok?

  Morning here- I have a 2013 GMC Sierra 1500-5.3 L engine (low mileage -two owner)--I'm retired now-so I don't drive as much--anyway-just had the oil /filter changed-I have always used Amsoil Synthetic and NAPA gold oil (#7045) filters-now i read that GM has changed the oil filter requirments for these engines- and they (GM) recommends/ want to go w/ a different filter w/ more psi rating on the relief valve (in the filter) to open like 22 psi. The above featured one I mentioned shows 12-15 PSI--which doesn't kmeet these new specs.. Wow-stuff is like getting more/more technical all the time. I think it looks like trying to avoid these sticky lifter problems. Any thoughts or recommendations here? I'm kinda confused-- Thank you- glenn

  ///// I went ahead and bought/plugged in the new Boost brand dongle thing last week. Haven't driven it much yet-but seemed a little smoother/quicker maybe in stop and go traffic. What I did like about this brand was the reviews and made in USA> (hopefully).
