How to wire lights into aux switches

Just purchased a 2018 3500 w/t. It came with the switches already installed. Do I need to pick up power from the battery for small led lights or do the switch positions give the power needed for the lights.

Wire 2 leds together, run wire to engine compartment, through firewall into switch ? Or does it need a relay ? These are small Led generic brand lights.

All i I could find was the same posts on how to

install the switches nothing explaining how to wire lights to the switches.

Morning bump going to try to install today so I guess we’ll figure it out eventually lol

My guess would be that those switches actuate relays in the fuse box (probably under the hood). I highly doubt that they have all the power for the lights running through them.

Thank you for the reply! The only posts I can find are trying to install these switches but nothing after that. Unfortunately can’t find much about it or where the relays are or anything. Thank you for the suggestion though, I’ll give a look under the hood see if I can’t find anything
