Front end noise

Added a 4.5 zone lift last year in October. Never had much issue with anything until the last couple of weeks. I have developed a noise on the driver's side when I am turning full lock. Just sitting still turning the wheel you can hear it. Sounds like popping when turning onto curbs or just turning in general. I have taken the truck back to the shop that installed it and they couldn't find anything wrong with the install. Is there anyone else that has had similar issues with any lift for that matter and what the fix could be? I know it a vague question but the noise is bothering me.
