Just bought a 2015 Chevy Silverado.  Awesome truck.  Came from a 2005 1500.  Have factory fender flares on the 2005.  I live on a gravel road and travel a lot of gravel.  The 2015 came with the molded factory splash guards and I ordered the Bushwacker OE fender flares to help keep the fender lip from looking like I beat it with a hammer.  No go.  Really wanted the flares but don't want to loose the splash guards either.  Have seen the 3m film.  Is that worth it?  Can I get the lip done and like 1/2" above the lip and not notice it?  Do plan on leveling it out some and getting some different rubber for it which will probably make the issue worse.  What are my other options?
