Center Console phone cord plug

My console plug under the lid isn’t working. The one at the front of my dash under the A/C stuff works. Thanks for help

The dealer that I bought the truck is out of the area and I only bought it from them because they had the truck options and color that I wanted has told me after days of asking around "to just take it to a dealer for them to troubleshoot it." I guess that is what I get. I was expecting they would tell me to check fuse # "x" or at least some options, not just a "go see the dealer."

 

I'll post back when I figure it out.
