19 Silverado High Country DIC/Dash Problem

I am now having issues with the infotainment screen going black while driving, then it looks like it reboots after 30 seconds. The screen that comes up though, is not like the screen that was there previously, it is grey & looks kind of generic.

Question. I am in the market and nearly purchased a 2019 Sierra AT4 this past weekend.  It was a event vehicle and/or managers demo.  I noticed that if you get in the vehicle without starting and close the door, occasionally the GMC logo on the intrument cluster flickers.  very random and no pattern to it.  This kind of scared me away from that specific vehicle so am still in the market.  Both sales managers told me that their current vehicles do it also which surprises me.  That said, when I first brought it up is sounded like they did not know what I was talking about until I caught it on video on my  phone.  Any thoughts/knowledge of this?

Mine has done it since I got it in December 18, GM knows about the issue and there is no fix yet. The only thing it does is flicker, I've noticed no other issues with it.

Has this issue with GM's  DIC,  dim in daylite conditions been solved at this time?  I have 06 Silverado  70K and have had this problem for three years and as you are aware it is extreamly  annoying.

I have a 2019 Silverado lt allstar edition and my DIC keeps flashing all the symbols for the diff features.  When this happens it doesn’t show direction, song or channel, or make a call. I now have 5 videos of it doing this. Also noticed on very cold mornings the park assists says disabled and on wet days my backup camera scrambles and bounces
