2010 Silverado 1500 Cruise Control

Is there a way to adjust the lag time on the cruise control? Mine drops about 4 to 5 mph when Istart up a hill or before it down shifts.

Not aware of any adjustment beyond having the transmission control module "tuned".  I had that done on my 2010 Sierra with the 4L60E 4 speed, not sure iif 6 speed is tunable.

No way to adjust this.

 

What I do is just throttle up manually if my speed drops too much. When you let off the pedal, it will resume control. You can punch it to the boards if you need to pass someone, and then when you let off the throttle, the vehicle will just slow down and resume the set speed when it gets there.
