Skittles down the defroster

Recommended Posts

Yup , just like the classic tommy boy film my girlfriend dumped a bag of skittles down the defroster of my 2017 Chevy Silverado . Everyonce in a great while one will shoot out on the passenger floor board.  I can hear them rattle if I tap under neath the glove box.  Any way I can get these out myself before they create a mess ? I tried a shopvac with no suffice.

You might be able to remove the blower motor and see if you can get to the tube for the defrost vents

Pics of said girlfriend then we can help. Oh wrong forum. Ok so answer is remove glove box and there is a lower portion that is removable and hope they are there. Or remove the whole dash and you can get to the ducts. Sound like a pain but can be done in 2 hr.

Then rule is she doesn't get to have food in the truck, sorry but she lost that privilege.

Why not introduce some mice into the cab?  Once they've eaten the skittles then Op can, "Get a large snake poisonous snake and throw it [in the cab] problem will solve its self."     :-)

I was thinking the same but said girlfriend may not like mice or snakes. Unless the goal is to get rid of gf and get the skittles out. I have to assume she is cute or he at least likes her. As before the last skittle hit the bottom I would have pulled over and let her out.
Haha Haha
