Step Rail drop question

I've looked for this information and can't find it. I'm planning to put a set of step rails, Magnum or Westin HDX style, on the truck. 

 

Which ones give the lowest step location, and largest foot pad? The 2 I mentioned look to be at the top of the list.

 

I have no interest in any type of tubular nerf bar design, nor the stock 6" rectangular design. Only the "offroad" style with drop steps in black.
