First of all, how do you take the cover off of the door? I had my door replaced b/c someone backed into my truck and the F&*@in' Body shop didn't screw in the speaker. :smash: If you can't tell I am not please with the body shop!!!

I would also like to replace my speakers to get a little more bass! Does anyone have any suggetions? Thanks in advance!

The door speakers aren't screwed in. They are held in by a mounting tab that you press in to release the speaker. They may have broken the tab and didn't bother to tell you. There are 2 screws with 7mm heads that need to be removed to take the trim panel off. If I remeber correctly, one is located towards the bottom of the grab handle that you use to close the door (get on your knees and look up towards the bottom of the handle) and the othe is located beneath the power window/lock switch (pry the switch up from the front edge). Then, pry the little bezel off that goes around the door handle. Next, pry the little triangle corner loose on the back side of the door mirror. After that, you should be able to lift up on the trim panel an inch or so then pull it away from the door.
