Drop shackles

So i have a question, and just wanna see and hear others opinions... i have a 2019 sierra elevation model and im want to leavel the rear with drop shackles. I measured it from the center of the wheels and its 4” higher in the rear... so my question is if i do 3” drop shackles and remove the block will it be completely level or lower in the rear...?

I think the block is 1.25”. So likely you’d be a tad higher in the front.

3" drop shackles might hit the bed. Just get 2" and remove the block
