95 Chevy not running, no spark.

So, couple of months back, my truck cut off on me while driving, and hasn't run since. Found out I have no spark. Since the shutdown I have replaced the distributor/rotor, ignition coil, and ignition control module. No luck up to this point.

 

Here's my question. I was told that it is probably the pickup coil on the distributor but this weekend had someone dispute this diagnosis because they said a bad pickup coil would not account for the no spark.

 

Any ideas on which way to go on this? Would really like to get the old girl up and running again.
