4wheelParts lift/tire/labor quote

2015 Chevy Z71 dbl cab , 5.3L V8, 3.42 rear axle

I was quoted $4549 for a 6” ProComp suspension lift, 4 35x12.50x18ProComp AT tires, wheel spacers, alignment/balance, out the door. I’ve attached the quote.

the salesman said “we install these lifts all the time, including dealerships, the ride will be very close to stock. I don’t think you need to change gears.

for every 100 suspension lifts we install, only 5-10 people change gears. The Chevrolet’s do great.”

Opinions??

No, its not clear being the reason why I asked you to write it out.

ProComp is a good lift but from what I can make out of the blurry details, they’re charging you $1700 for the lift, $1000 for the tires and $1000 for labor, are you keeping your same wheels adding spacers?

You can get a badass 4.5” CST Lift for the same price just add rear shocks which you’ll need no matter the lift. CST Blows away ProComp and BDS in craftsmanship and durability. It also allows you to keep your stock wheels and tires ups to 35”. In addition, it keeps your stock turning radius along with your stock width not requiring controversial spacers.

$5K is the going price for lift, wheels and tires, labor included.

Changing gears gets expensive and requiring front and back to be switched out the same time. Most don’t do it cause it’s expensive not because it’s not needed.

Here’s the CST Lift
