New wheels?

So I have the opportunity to buy secondhand a set of Mayhem Missile 8060s in 20x9(I think) in +18 offset with Nitto Terra Grappaler G2s in 275/55r20 for $500 and it's pretty tempting.

 

I have a 2016 Stock Z71 Silverado. I plan on a 2-2.5 level in the near future but I would like to hold off on that for a little while and I want to know if this set up would pose any issues as is?

Should be fine as is. 275/55/20 is a stock tire size, and you're not going very far out with the offset.
