Here you go. Just peel back the weather strip a tad, and this screw is what you want. When finished and screwed back in, the weather strip just pushes back on into its grooves. Good luck

Update: Just snagged this off Ebay.

It should do the trick without breaking the bank on a whole new grille. 

 

Still looking for a trade partner on the window trim. No bites so far on the "for sale/wanted" board.

 

And the more I see trucks on the road the more I think I want to switch to chrome side moldings too. Really liking the chrome accents I've put on so far.
