Escalade vs Suburban headrests

Is there any difference in size between the Escalade and Suburban head rests? I have an opportunity to purchase some pre-assembled headrest monitors, but they are tan leather ones from an Escalade. I have a Suburban with grey cloth. If they are the same I'll just remove the leather and replace it with my cloth and trim out the opening for the monitor.
