Backup Camera Issue - Fisheye

My 2020 has done it from day 1. Same thing, dealer says it's normal and that's the way they come now.

Here’s a new twist on this. Sometimes I hear a loud ”thump” above my head, as if a walnut just fell out of a tree onto the roof of my car. (In fact, the first time I heard it I got out of the car and looked at the roof expecting to see a dent. That’s how loud it was. But, nothing.) Then I shift into reverse and get the fisheye. Hmm. How is the noise related to the fisheye?
