Time for new All terrain tires

OK, I have long been an advocate of the BFG All Terrain T/A K/O tires, but am interested in enlisting you guys to help me figure out what options are out there these days, and where the killer deals are lurking. I have looked into the Cooper Discoverer S/T, the Mickey Thompson's, Bridgestone Duelers, and BFG. What are your thoughts on a good all terrain tire? I live in North Idaho, where we have a definite four seasons, and I need a tire I can sipe and just leave on all year. Thanks much for any help.

Had the Cooper Discover A/T's on my 97 for a long time and they had great traction, quiet, and wore excellent. I have Yokohama Geolander A/T+ on my 03 2500HD now and they are excellent too. Will have to see on the wear though. In my opinion they are in between a A/T and a M/T tire.

I am seeing the Cooper S/T's for about $120 each, sort of leaning that direction. I do like the Michelins as well, but they are rather costly at almost $200 a pop.

I have the Nitto Terragrapplers, and I love them.

I have some Big-O AT (Aquatread knockoffs) tires on my 92, and they are at about 50k miles right now. Wearing great, and good snow and wet weather traction as well.

The Big O ATs. I had these tires while living in Denver for 3 years, and they amazing in the snow, even though they don't look like it. They are also wearing like iron.

This is with 40-50k miles on them.

Nobody ever seems to mention Nokian tires. I don't know, but maybe they aren't available everywhere. I put the WR-SUV tire on my wife's Trailblazer almost a year ago. It worked perfectly in the snow during our bad winter and has performed great in the rain this summer. As far as wear, she has a little over 22k on them, and they only wore down 3/32 so far. Should easily be a 40k plus tire. I liked them so much, I decided to put the Vatiiva truck tire on my truck a month or so ago. Excellent dry and wet traction. As far as wear, it's too early to tell. I've tried many tires over the years and either didn't like them because they performed poorly, didn't last, or they cost too much. The Nokian tires seem to have the "perfect" balance of price versus performance and longevity. The WR's cost me $97 each (it's directional with heavy siping and also has the Severe Duty snowflake rating). The Vatiiva's cost me $83 each (they are non-directional and are heavily siped). Sorry for the long post, but I'm really happy with my tires!

Revo's on my 99 as well. They are great in wet conditions, and were excellent in the heavy snow we got last winter in Northeast Ohio.

NBS for mine. They're 265/75R16's. Same size as the stock 265's that came with my Z71 package. I wouldn't think there'd be any rubbing on an OBS. I know some who went to 285's on the new reported rubbing, while most didn't.

I love the Revo's as well. Darn good tire all the way around. I think their running a special on 'em right now. If you buy 4 you get a small handheld Casio color TV.

Dang it... I made the call last night, and it's not too late to change it.... I decided on the Cooper Discoverer S/T tire, siped and lifetime rotation for under $500 out the door. The Dueler Revos were another choice...what do ya think? Sounds like you guys like the BStones pretty well.
