98 K1500 replacement Yukon instrument cluster malfunction

Already made another post for this vehicle but for a different issue. This post is about the instrument cluster not working properly (RPM only in park, lights work okay, shifter light is wrong, most gauges don't work most of the time) and the car not starting in Park - was told the start in park issue is the neutral safety switch and it just needs to be adjusted. For the dash panel, the previous owner swapped some interior shit out from a Chevy Yukon. I think the dash was one of the pieces because the part number is 16176836. From what I found online, it should be 16243765. The dealer couldn't confirm or deny whether the dash that was in the vehicle is correct because the part # is not in their database. The previous owner said it's just a wiring harness mismatch. Anybody have any idea if it's possible to even make it work, or should I just go buy the right cluster?

Thanks! I found a cheap used one on Ebay. Hopefully that corrects the problem. I really hope the previous owner didn't **** with the harness.
