2014 Sierra All Terrain Paint Issue

Just curious if you guys know if GM will stand behind their paint? I have the usual issue of the painted front bumper looking like it was sandblasted by a dirt bike on a dirt road chips (Dealership said they wouldn't take care of it) and now I have a spot right next to my rear window in the bump out area that is just straight peeling away. My truck is spotless besides those 2 areas. Just seeing if anyone had any kind of luck with GM or a dealership actually taking care of this as a warranty or defect?
