Newbie Wheel question

I bought these used for a good price.  Went to install them last night and I am guessing I need new lug nuts? the factory lug nuts go inside the lug nut hole but I can not get a wrench in there in order to tighten them.  I know nothing about this kind of stuff. Does anyone know what I would need for my 2015 gmc 2500 for these Tuff A/T wheels?

you're going to need a set of spline drive lug nuts

Thanks, I feel dumb for having to ask!  I have been around trying to find some to buy over the counter but have had no luck

No need to feel dumb.  Its one of those "you dont know what you dont know" situations.  Thats what the forum is for.
