Merge contacts

Anyone have issues merging contacts from an iPhone to their 2019 Sierra? If so, how did you fix it. Thank you.

I was not having issues with this with my RST for the first 5 months. 

 

Yesterday, I deleted my phone because I was having an issue, now it will not sync the contacts. Ugh. 

 

I choose "Allow" on the iPhone whenever I add it new to myChevrolet. However, in the info screen on my phone, it no longer shows all the contact options - only Disconnect / Forget this Device.

 

And when I push "Retry" to sync via the truck, it does nothing. 

 

Frustrating.
