2017 Chevy 2500 power mirrors

I recently installed tow mirrors on my 2017 Chevy 2500. The power mirror on the driver side only moves up and down but not left and right. The passenger side does not move at all. Any ideas on this? Is there a fuse or module that controls this operation?

I installed tow mirrors 2 weeks ago and that part of the mirrors worked fine they were plug and play. Had to install the three extra female pins in the door harness to get the lights working tho. I would assume your old mirrors worked fine.

To rule out the wiring , take you door panel off and plug the old mirrors back in see if they still work. Here is the wiring diagram that came with mine and the extra pins #,s
