Good dealer service

Hi all, had a question about dealers in northern CA,  anyone have a good experience with dealer installs, looking to add some stuff to truck but my local dealer is unreliable.

Dunno about Northern CA, but I started getting better results when I took them a big box of donuts first thing in the morning when I dropped the truck off, and a cold case of beer when I picked it up.

Well in Ca I would probably offend someone who doesn’t like doughnuts or beer and get lawsuit thrown at me.

It’s always a crap shoot but remember any GM dealer can service any GM vehicle, try the Cadillac dealer.

A large tray of Italian cookies always works for me and tipping the mechanic even when I'm getting a free State inspection sticker gets the word around, they all know my name and I get great service.

Not for routine warranty work they can't.....have to go to one carrying same make for warranty work. However, any GM dealer will accommodate and repair another GM make under warranty if there is a breakdown and it is towed to them as the nearest GM dealer.

 

After warranty is expired any GM dealer will service.
