I am having a problem finding a rubber for the lower steering shaft. I believe it is a one year only.

Does any one out there know were to find one?

you can try online used part places to get it pulled from another one, but you'll probably have to buy a larger part, like the whole steering column.

Personally, I would go for measuring the ends where that rubber boot goes into, find another one that's similar, then make some inserts/rings to the replacement boot fits snugly.
