Fuel Pump Install

My local dealer is going to charge me $207 labor to install a new Fuel Pump in my 01 Sierra. Is it worth is or should I try and do it? I wasn't sure how involved it was to do?

If you'd like, I could send you a guide that I did for the site here, but hasn't been uploaded yet. It was done on Elwood's '99 S-10 Blazer, but the process would be similar. On a truck, I think it would be easier to remove the bed and work on the fuel pump while the tank is still on the frame, rather than removing the tank.
