Spark Plug Wires

I am looking into upgrading my spark plug wires on my truck. The two choice now are the MSD 8.5mm and the Taylor 8mm wires. Just wanted to know what you guys think of them? Thanks.

For what it's worth, I have the Taylor 8mm SpiroPro wires on my ZR2 and the MSD 8.5mm on my Sierra. I love 'em both!

By chance, where did you buy them and how much? They are pretty close in price anyways, but I just wanted to see which one was better performance wise.

With a stock iginition setup, you probably won't see much of a difference.

Get Taylor Thundervolt 50's or MSD Superconductors. Both are very low resistance, and work great. I have the MSD's and noticed a slightly smoother idle and better throttle response. If you want to do some heavy-duty reading about wires, check out Chevy Avalanche Fan Club.

I use the Taylor Spiro-pro 8mm also, they're great. I got em from truckperformance.com

Yeah, I got my Taylor's from truckperformance.com also, along with an MSD 6A. The MSD SuperConductors came from there, too. I really don't think you'll be unhappy with either one of 'em!
