Brian Vickers will have a chance to move into his new office early: Joe Nemechek will replace the injured Jerry Nadeau in the #01 for the 2004 season.

To get a head start Nemechek will drive in the final four events of 2003 instead of Vickers who will take over the #25 for the instead and begin to build communications with the team.

Nope. Jay Frye said Jerry will drive a part-time schedule next season as he is able to. Other rumors from MB2/MBV have Johnny Benson out and Scott Riggs into the 10 car for 2004. Hmmm... As a JB fan I'm not realy happy about that, but we'll see where JB lands. Rumors have him looking at the 30, the 1, the 43 and a 2nd PPI team. Anywhere but Petty would be OK.

The other article I saw on this said that Nadeau would be able to recover with no rush and would have a car when he comes back. It didn't specify where.

I think this will be better for naduea to kinda of work his way back up instead of just jumping in a cup car and running the whole season.
