Annoying sound when turning

Check ball joints, tie rods both inner and outer and you will prolly find the issue.

GM is notorious for front end issues, but looking bad everyone has issues.

Rebuild the front end with good parts.

Also check CV joints if 4x4

i had both inner and outer tie rods put in almost a year ago but the sound never went away. the mechanic i took it to said the ball joints looked fine and didn’t need new ones. it’s been making that noise for almost 2 years now and i pretty much just got used to it but it’s gotten worse in the past couple weeks. it’s driving fine just annoying and a little embarrassing lol

Really not much in this steering set up. Top and bottom ball joints and Tie rods. Steering wrack might make some noise but they don't fail often.

Check the steering shaft as well, could be failing at a joint.
