2016 radio update problems

I purchase a 2016 sierra and i want to add android auto and apple car to my truck. I bring it to the dealer and they never succed to the update. They said that only 1 of 3 update can be done on my truck and that why it doesn't work. But if i read the GM bulletin my truck should be confugured for the update... I have the Io5 and the Vin number match for the update. 

 

I wonder if anyone ever had this trouble and what do i have to do?
