Rubbing/ Grinding Noise When Turning Right

Have a 2014 Silverado LT 2WD.  I have been chasing this noise for a while.  Over the summer I did a 2/4” drop. After I stated hearing this sort of rubbing/grinding sound when making right hand turns.  Almost sounds like a rubbing sound. I have checked my wheel wells nothing is rubbing. I thought my header was rubbing frame but it’s not.  It’s like when the weight of the truck transfers to that side it starts making the sound. Here’s the list of what I have done since the drop.
-inner/outer tie rods

-upper/ lower ball joints

-replaced sway bar bushings and sway bar end links.
-wheel bearing hub assembly (driver’s side)
-front strut (driver’s)

-intermediate steering shaft replaced

I know this sounds like a lot for a truck with almost 80,000 miles on it.  I just can’t seem to pinpoint this sound.  It’s not really loud cause my phone won’t pick it up.  It’s just annoying and I know it’s there.  Can anyone shed any light on this or have a similar issue?
Thanks,

Jarett
