Only 1/2 the infotainment screen and no b/u cam

Synced my android to the new truck, drove to the store and when I came back to drive away- no backup camera and only the left side of the infotainment screen is showing, the right side is blank. anybody else?

I've experienced this as one of many issues with my infotainment system. Blank screen, black not backlit, backlit with no display, loss of backup cam, error displayed when losing camera, screen displays but won't respond to touch, and on and on. Dealer has replaced radio twice and display screen once, gm is making them swap out cable between the radio and the touchscreen now but that part is on back order and no edt for it. I've had issues from day 1, over 6 months into it now and no relief in site, I've been to dealer more times than I care to remember, left my truck there for multiple days and received a loaner, get a call to pick it up as its fixed or we can't replicate it and I should up and its broken when I start it up.

and another thing, I'm on iPhone and GM has tried to blame my phone as the cause, its nice you are an android user and having problems for my arguments with them. I have issues whether its plugged in, blue tooth or not connected at all.

So very frustrating....

Took my truck in to have the three recalls completed, picked it up 4 days ago. Never had any issues with infotainment. Today, went to start the truck and now I have half a display and it is striped. First with nothing plugged in, then with iPhone. Attempted to restart a few times and staying with the same errors. Road trip on Tuesday

Any ideas??

And they have the new Escalades 100% digital dashes.... wait until this happens and can’t even drive it at all....

If you have a rear slider window, check for leaks. The control unit is behind the rear seat and is prone to issues where the rear slider leaks and water comes in contact with it.
