2014 Silverado no power/torque unless disable T/C

I have a 2014 Silverado 5.3 4x4 and it has no power what so ever, it will get to about 55 and takes a long time to get there. I can turn off the traction control and immediately power and torque returns. I can be sitting still power braking and disable the t/c and it’s like nitrous and will start spinning.  No dtc’s no warning messages or anything. All same size tires and all wheel speed sensors reading the same.
