3D Emblem letters (AKA the OTHER Tailgate Letters)

I was thinking of removing 'SILVERADO' and 'CUSTOM' and maybe using the letters to spell something else.

 

Kinda sounds goofy, and the funny thing is I dunno yet what I want it to say.

 

I know this is not a new idea but I was wondering if there is a thread where people have done this and/or perhaps even swap letters that they don't need.

I've searched and not seen anything. Does anyone remember seeing a thread or discussion here or even somewhere else like that?

 

...or perhaps is there a retail source for the letters where you can just buy them individually?

I dunno if or how anyone would determine the proper style of letters that don't appear on some Chevy vehicle in the same font but I digress.

 

Am I making any sense here or is this just drivel?

(I've seen the black sets of stickers and letters on ebay FWIW. I'm looking for letters that appear OEM.)
