2008 GMC Yukon Denali - Rear AC Weirdness

Hi everybody! I stumbled upon a very weird conundrum with my GMT900 GMC Yukon (if this isn't the right forum, please let me know).  On the rear AC, when the controls show that it is blowing from the overhead vents, it ends up blowing from the floor.  When the rear AC controls show blowing on the floor, it ends up blowing from the overhead vents.  I can't for the life of me figure this one out.  I used my LAUNCH reader to read codes off of the HVAC module and nothing comes up.  I have tried recalibrating the actuators and it still behaves the same.  Has anybody seen this?  Any ideas of where I can look?  So far, the other features of the rear AC works fine, it just has opposite controls from what is being displayed (I know, it is pretty OCD of me).

Did you buy the truck new and it just freaked out. Or used and it's been that way since purchase?
