2019 Silverado radio shuts down.

Radio will lose goes to zero volume and seconds later goes black. 3 to 4 seconds later radio powers up on it's own.  This occurs sometimes every 5 or 6 minutes. Back up camera does not come on in reverse at times also.  Had software update done.  The radio now was blank when I started it once, shut it off started it later and radio volume went to max.  Turn volume down by radio button but would go back to max on it's own power, this occurred repeatedly for 2 to 4 minutes, used steering wheel control and volume stayed down.  Dealership is  asking text support but no solutions any ideas?
