Here’s what I got... 2015 Sierra SLT Z71 Crew Cab with the 6.2L L86. First thing was LINE-X bed liner and Bakflip G2 bed cover. I use this truck for construction work sometimes, but mostly just for fun as a daily driver..

Bedliner pic and then current pic.

I should add that I did purchase this truck new, in 2015. Other than the bed liner and cover, I did hardwire an escort radar mounted under the mirror. That’s pretty much all I did until it hit about 56,000 miles....

At that point, I knew that this truck was going to be mine until I die. I installed the Speed Engineering 1 7/8 LT headers with X-pipe and axle dump... it’s good. Might replace the mufflers with Borla Multi-Cores but it’s good.... Also, a K&N CAI and dyno tune.

Was planning on wrapping the bumpers myself, bought enough vvivid gloss black to do both bumpers. Got the front bumper off and completely prepped. Failed. Either this wrap sucks or I am an idiot; probably the latter. The grille looks good though.

So... that’s where I’m at. Up next is wrapping bumpers, mirror caps, and handles. Pulling steps off. Wheels. Drop. Cam swap. Stop, that’s it. Time to start working on the ‘52.........
