2019 1500 Tow Mirrors?

Did a bunch of searching and confirmed 2020 tow mirrors will bolt to a 2019 but no power function without a possible harness.

 

My question...I have a Silverado RST with only power mirror angle controls. I assume I'll lose this function. Don't care about heat, camera, or fold. Don't have those options anyway.

 

Am I looking at this right or will I retain power angle but would have lost the other options (if i had them)?

I installed them on my '19 Trail Boss. The power adjust still works but the lights on the mirrors do not.

Do you happen to know if those would fit a 19 Sierra? i'd assume so but we all know how that goes.
