horn problems

My horn has been working very randomly when i press it. Sometimes it will work but most of the time it doesn't work at all. Does anyone know what the problem could be?

could be the switch in the steering wheel, or debris in the steering wheel, or the clockspring, or the wiring to the bcm, or the bcm, or the wiring from the bcm to the horn, or the horn.

I would start simple. Try removing each horn & cleaning the ground contact 1st....
