2006 sierra cooling issues

what temp should the cooling fans come on and how to test

Here is a screen shot for a 2006 Sierra file I have.

 

You'd need a scan tool that can command the fan to come on to test it or a wiring diagram to figure out the power/ground wire so you can test the circuit and apply power/ground to the plug to see if they work. Could probably even jump the fan relay to see if they work.
