My Dad just picked up an 83' Chevy Scottsdale 6.2L diesel, crew cab (4 door), dually truck.  On the side there is an emblem that says 3+3.  What does this emblem mean?  We're almost sure it's related to the drive-train, but can find no documention to support this.

Anybody know?

Thx    :sideways:

If I remember correctly, and I could be wrong but, I think it means 3 passengers front + 3 passengers in the rear (4-door).

Does it have a bench seat in the front?

:( Probably because you can sit three folks up front, and three in the back......also called a six-pack truck....Only my guess....I may be totally in left field...

That's assuming that all 6 pasengers aren't "Super Sized". :(
