Radio/infotainment center issue

I have a issue where the touchscreen jumps back and forth to different screens and also jumps automatically into preset search mode, also the navigation system only works parttime.I also hear a clicking noise underneath the dash as it is doing this?

I have a similar issue.  Just back from dealer who caught some codes that indicate a low voltage in the fuse block.  Mine manifested in the GPS mode and when I have my iPod connected.  There is a service bulletin about it.
