Is there a way to pop this connector out and if so, how?

I believe the side of the connector with the heavier gauge wires has the lock tab in the center. 

 

Should look like the connectors attached

So i got the wires done now im trying to take the dash speakers out. Anyone have a workup on how to take out the passenger side? I found a video for the driver side but not the passenger

Just did mine this week. Similar to the drivers. Take the side panel off. Remove the the 2 screws and slightly pull the vent back. You will need to take the "oh ******" bar off first. Then the cover will just pop out - same as the drivers side.
