2020 GMC Sierra 3500 bed rail tie down

Does anyone know of a tie down accessory for the bed rail other than the crazy expensive Putco ones? I have tie down rings in the bed walls but they’re not accessible whenever I’m loading a lot of stuff in the bed. I used to have the Bull Rings for my F-150 and it worked wonderfully. I’m looking for something similar to it.

Cool. It looks like what I'm looking for but it also look like it can't be put on top of a bed cover.  Can you confirm if it can or cannot go on top of a bed cover?  I have the BAK Revolver X4 Eonneau Cover.

Looking at the factory pictures, it looked like a roll up or retractable might work if mounted over these, with a spacer up front to fill the gap with the cover being  elevated. They look to angle inboard some, which could interfere with rolling the cover. Would definitely interfere with a folding cover, I would think.
