I have no idea, good luck finding it. Without a dealership parts book, you probably won't get it.

Napa has a whole section on automotive body clips and wire harness clips.

I mean you could just go to the store or call the dealership if you really wanted to know, do some work on your own.

Go to local auto parts store...NAPA, Advance, Auto Zone, O'Reilly's, etc and look through their selection of body panel clips (or whatever they're called).  You'll likely find something there that will work or can be modified to work (or use a zip tie to tie it up out out the way)

It's not a GM OEM part, but if all you're needing is a clip to secure the cable...look through these; one of them is bound to work for you

I believe we have given you enough answer to help you out.

There isn't a part number break down on a part like that. It comes with the clips as part of the cable. Go to a parts store to find similar clips or go to a dealership and ask them if they have any.

Not sure how we can help you anymore than this.

Keep asking the same question and keep getting the same answers

Or, better yet, why not just run to the local "pick a part" yard, crawl under a similar scrapped vehicle and get the part from it.  Then you know you're getting the right part

GM doesn't sell the same one outside of buying a new shift cable.  That said... you can try using this # 19130464.  Its a zip tie that has a "christmas tree" push pin end on it.
