Throttle Response

Recommended Posts

I just dropped off my 2015 Suburban to get some front bumper damage fixed and they gave me a 2020 Tahoe as my rental.  My Suburban has 80,000 miles on it and the Tahoe has 30,000.  The difference in throttle response between the two is night and day.  The Tahoe has wayyy more pep to it.  Weight-wise there's only 150 lb difference between the two so I know it can't be that.  Have those extra 50,000 miles of GDI just gummed up my intake valves that much more or am I missing something?
