Hooking amp up

Was hooking an amp up in my truck to run 2 subs, but when I hook up my signal wires to the rear door speaker on the left side, all the audio In my truck quits working. Have any of y’all seen this before?

I have yet to experience this, are you sure you are using the correct wires?

Yes green for positive on and green black for negative on left side. I just ended wiring the right side speakers to be both inputs on line out converter and everything worked good

Hmm.. yeah I usually use left and right as actual left and right for the LOC. Meaning left for the left door and right for the right door.

Yeah it’s weird, so as I touched to the two wires on the left panel together, all audio on truck would disappear, without them being hooked up to lone converter, then as soon as they were undone, audio worked just fine

Possibility that they were reversed? Or maybe the wrong green/green black.

Was the only twisted pair in the harness, and the wires weren’t hooked up to anything when they got hooked up the door speaker. They were just hanging not connected to anything
