2015 Silverado third(3rd) brake light inop

Center high-mounted red lights and white lights aren’t working when braking or in reverse, HOWEVER the white lights work when I turn on the switch on for the cargo bed lamp feature. Fuse is fine. Next step on troubleshooting?

White lights are your cargo lamps, not tied to the reverse lights, unless you do that mod.

I would check the bulbs (red ones) to see if they have burned out.

Are you saying the center high-mounted white lights have separate bulbs for reverse and reverse? I’m not referring to the cargo lights in the bed. Thanks.

No, they only work with the cargo lamp switch in your center stack, do not work with reverse lights at all in the GM trucks (just 2 bulbs). Your switch controls the CHM lights, and the 2 under rail LED's in the bed, only time they work is when you turn on the switch.
